A vision, a tradition, a producer.

The young Voula Lyko, the fiancée of Konstanios Klironomou, continues the tradition of making jam in Samos. She brings out the jams from local cuisine to us. A professional equipment, tremendous hard work, high quality and creative ideas are, in conjunction with high-quality ingredients, the basis for these unusual jam.

Traditionally in Greece, the guests entered thehouse, are welcomed with a glass of water and a small plate with a spoonful of pickled fruits in syrup (Löffelsüß). You can revive this lovely custom in Germany, or use these fruits as a brilliant addition to everything that enters the imagination to you. No matter how you deal with it, it is an interesting new territory.
