Psile Korfes:
The name says it all, Psile Korfes means "high mountains". The grapes come from the labor-intensive vineyards on average in 600 mtr. height. The minimum requirement for the grape to be selected for Psile Korfes is the altitude of the vineyard in 400 mtr.
You will recognize him immediatly as a dry wine from Samos, the flavors of citrus and peach is added with a fresh touch to early morning air and sea breeze. Unexpected, surprising, mature, well.
